I got my nose done by Dr. Jay Calvert, after my friend got his done by him and I saw the amazing results. I am beyond satisfied with the result. Calvert really takes his time with you discussing your specific goals and concerns. I am extremely happy with my results. He did everything I asked for, right on point. His entire team, especially his assistant Jenny, and Simon are so nice and helpful, and make you feel so comfortable during the entire process. Overall great experience and I highly recommend!

My daughter was severely burned on her nose by a doctor during nasal cauterization when she was 3. She has been undergoing reconstructive surgery and grafts over the past 12 years. When she turned 16, and her nose was fully developed, we went to Dr Calvert, who specializes in revision rhinoplasty. She has a lot of scar tissue due to many attempts at reconstruction she has had to have to make her nose look “normal” after the severe burn. A friend had recommended him highly, saying he was amazing. Dr Calvert Skyped with her and told her about the rib graft. After many surgeries, she was unable to smell, had difficult breathing and a very weak nose. We flew to CA to get this done, his staff was so helpful in suggesting where to stay, and getting us in. I was a little concerned with reading some of the reviews, especially after what my daughter has endured over the years, but plastic surgery is a competive industry and people will write false reviews. It was a painful and in depth surgery, but she is near 7 months post op and her nose looks soooo much better! I know it takes about 9 or so months to see the complete result, but there is such a difference! She can breathe normally and can smell once again! She jokes sometimes she wishes she didn’t smell things, but after 13 years of not being able to smell anything, she is thrilled! If you need revision rhinoplasty, go see Dr Calvert, he is the best!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Calvert. He exceeded​ my expectations. I had a rhinoplasty done a year ago and it looks amazing. It completely​ boosted my confidence and I will never regret making this decision. If you are looking for a great plastic surgeon, he is your guy! I was very nervous the day of my procedure but as soon as I arrived at the office all of my nerves went away. I had my primary rhinoplasty done by Dr Jay Calvert in Beverly Hills two weeks ago. I can’t stress enough how utterly over the moon I am about my results so far and I am only two weeks post op! From the very first consultation I felt totally at ease and really safe in the hands of this extremely talented surgeon. My daughter moved to Atlanta to train for a professional sport; we do not have family or friends in the city. My husband and I flew out for a long weekend to visit her, see her train and help get her settled. Unfortunately, my daughter sustained a serious injury (of career-ending magnitude) and our weekend plunged into emergency-mode. this incident would scar her (physically and emotionally) for life. As an acquaintance, Dr. Mark Crispin confirmed rare hopes that humanity can still extend love and courage selflessly. Our family’s emergency was met with the highest level of care despite no prior established relationship. That reflects such a pure integrity and understanding humanity in Dr. Mark Crispin. We will be forever grateful.

This incident should make all of Dr. Jay Calvert’s patient’s feel 100% taken care of in ways that they might have never expected, as I can assure you his level of patient care extends further than the initial procedure that you might have. The continuation of patient care long after surgeries has been done is glaringly obvious and a true blessing that cannot be measured. To reiterate, he was out of the country and potentially asleep when I called; it would have been fully justified for him to miss my call. He didn’t just point me in a general direction, he made personal phone calls to create a smooth transition for speedy and thorough care.

This experience has exemplified all the different ways a plastic surgeon can support you; not just cosmetic upgrades but injury recovery. I can’t emphasize enough the value of researching your plastic surgeon, these are situations no one ever considers, but our relationship with Dr. Jay Calvert over the past 15 years has proven to be extremely invaluable. So when you are considering your plastic surgeon be aware that this a relationship that can be one of the most important ones you make for many reasons and many levels of care.
