S. Logue – Awesome, Caring, Professional, amazingly skilled. Dr. Calvert exemplifies what every doctor should be like. Wants the best for his patients and does wonderful work. I have had a facelift, which I love, after weight loss. I no longer have a turkey gullet for a neck. My eyes are bright and my eyelids do not sag down over my eyes anymore. I then had a body lift and thigh lift to remove excess skin. It looks amazing. Scars are barely visible to me and below the underclothes line. How could I stop there with such natural and amazing results. I have in July had my final surgery for arm lift for excess skin, breast lift and augmentation. I am so happy. I no longer have bat wings (scars are already fading and very thin). The breasts look perfectly proportioned to my body size and look great. The after care from Dr. Calvert and his staff is excellent. He is very attentive to be sure that not only am I healing well but that I am satisfied with the results. He does not just see you once .. and send you on your way. He is some one who I would recommend to any of my family and my friends. If you truly want a Dr who cares about what you want then and has the skill to get it done then Dr Calvert is who you want to consult with. You will not be disappointed. This is not a fake review… I have lost 120 pounds and had two surgeries with Dr. Calvert last year and my last one this past July. Again check him out for yourself you will be doing yourself a favor.

I never thought that I would take the time nor have the inclination to write a review, but after my experience and the results that I have seen from my treatments at RoxSpa I feel that I owe it to other people, especially those with skin problems, to spread the word!
I have had two laser treatments and a light peel so far and my skin has dramatically improved. As a matter of a fact, twice recently I was told that I had nice skin; this would NEVER have happened before my treatments.

Chona and Melissa are fantastic and so well educated in their fields; I have always felt that I was getting the best of care and that they were advising me on how to get me to look and feel my best with procedures that would really work for me.

I highly recomend seeing them and will never go anywhere else for facials, lasers and products.

I stupidly went four-wheeling with a bunch of friends in Mammoth. Had an accident and split my upper lip wide open. I am a working actress, and let me tell you, I was freaked out, because I was fully aware of the impact this could have on my career. Immediately went to Mammoth ER where they do not have plastic surgeons on-call. The ER doc put 8 stitches in my lip. Once the swelling went down, it was apparent that the “white line” of the lip was way off and the injury was VERY noticeable. I knew I needed reconstructive surgery.

Dr. C came highly recommended from a doctor friend of mine. I checked him out: Flawless Med. Board record – check. Cornell Grad – Double check. I called and made an appt for consultation and any qualms I had up until then were quickly swept away. Dr. C took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns, and we set up an appt to reopen and reset my lip. The result was more than I could have EVER hoped for. This injury could not only have potentially hindered my career, but also have been something that I would have been insecure about for the rest of my life. However, thanks to Dr. Calvert, you seriously cannot tell that I had a facial injury in any way.

I cannot stress enough how much confidence I have in Dr. Calvert as a surgeon. He and his staff are among the nicest and most professional people I have encountered. You are not treated like a “number” here. I would recommend Dr. Calvert in the highest regard to my family and friends.

I went to Dr. Calvert for a secondary rhinoplasty. The first “Dr” I went to completely ruined my face. Thankfully the guy had enough sense in him to refer me to Dr. Calvert. The experience with Dr. Calvert was a complete difference! From the get go Dr. Calvert and his group were a bliss. The first Dr. stopped returning my phone calls so I was hopeless. Thankfully for Dr. Calvert’s assistant Cerissa, she worked very hard to make sure the paperwork was worked out between the two doctors so I could have my surgery. It’s been a little over 4 months now and wow is there a tremendous difference! I went from having a big italian nose, to getting a squidward looking nose, to the perfect nose for me! Dr. Calvert is a very talented man. He knows what he is doing and isn’t afraid to take a risk. His staff and he are very professional and the most loving group I have ever met. I am very thankful for what him and his staff have done for me. I recomend him to everyone

I underwent a complicated secondary rhinoplasty as well as a full face and neck lift with Dr Calvert and the results could not have been better. I have also been back for laser treatments and botox. The end result is very natural and my family and friends say I have never looked better. I would highly recommend Dr Calvert.

I stumbled upon this website for other reasons but i saw there were post about Dr. Jay Calvert and i cant help but give my opinion. I have had two surgeries with Dr. Calvert and with both of them I have had a GREAT result as well and a wonderful experience. I can actually breath through my nose now! and it looks wonderful. I have had more compliments on my nose and some people don’t even know i have had surgery. It looks completely normal and not “done”. The experience i had with Dr.Calvert and his staff was more than supportive. I can actually say the recovery was not bad at all. Considering I had my nose fixed as well as a breast reduction with implants is saying a lot. I never felt like i was going through it alone. I would refer to him without hesitation.

I don’t know what “Jenny S.” is talking about. Calvert is EXCELLENT.

I had a deviated septum that was operated on in Philly; the Dr. in Philly removed too much cartilage, making my nose droop down and creating a new batch of breathing problems.

I needed to find a Dr. to perform a rhinoplasty. Calvert to the rescue…

I had been hesitant about getting a rhinoplasty, but Calvert made me feel very comfortable with the idea. (Not the case with the other surgeons I spoke to prior to him in Los Angeles.) Calvert recommended I undergo a rib graft to make the tip of my nose far stronger and less susceptible to drooping down.

WELL, it’s 6 months later, and I’m incredibly thrilled with my nose. It still looks like MY nose, not some tiny, cookie-cutter LA standard or whatever. It’s MY NOSE, only much straighter, in no way hanging down, and it looks a hell of a lot better from both the front and sides.

I’m also an actor (at least an aspiring one) and I feel a thousand times more confident with my appearance now than I did prior to the surgery.

The “Jenny S.” post to me honestly sounds like B.S. Maybe even the work of a jealous competitor. That’s the scary thing about the internet – anyone can post anything. The Dr. Calvert I know would go out of his way to correct the most minor of a problem.

In short, I highly recommend Dr. Calvert if you’re in the market for a rhinoplasty. He’s what a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon SHOULD be.
