Consultation and Evaluation: Most operations require an initial visit for a preliminary consultation.This is best accomplished in person by consulting with our surgeon, however, some procedures can be performed without an initial visit. This is left to Dr. Calvert's discretion. On occasion we use digital photos to begin the process, but we must always see our patients before the day we do a procedure. 

Please call (310) 777-8800 and let us know you are interested in coming in from out of town. It is best to speak to our Aesthetic Coordinators prior to planning your trip. Dr. Calvert will work with you and the coordinator to generate a plan that works for you.

Development of a proper surgical plan: We must arrange for any necessary lab work to be done prior to surgery either at your home location or here in Beverly Hills or Orange County (depending upon the surgical location to be utilized for your surgery). The post-surgery recuperation must be coordinated as well. Sometimes this means arranging a night or two at a specialized recovery center staffed by nurses. Other times it means booking a comfortable nearby hotel. Our Aesthetic Coordinator has a lot of experience arranging this. We must also plan how long you need to remain in town after surgery. This varies by the procedure performed, the person's age, and other factors. For people flying into town this is usually between five and fourteen days.
