Aftercare Facilities Dr. Calvert works closely with several aftercare providers who offer twenty-four hour assistance. These services are frequently utilized by his patients having breast augmentation, facelifts, rhinoplasty, and other procedures. There are also private recovery facilities in Orange County that can be used for extended stays. All of these details can be worked out by our Aesthetic Coordinators. Every detail is essential to a safe and successful experience.
Dr. Calvert’s Aesthetic Coordinators will take care of all of the details associated with your stay in the aftercare facilitiy, such as arranging for transportation to and from our office for post-operative visits following your surgery. The Coordinators will also work closely with Dr. Calvert's nurses to assure your post-surgical care is given with constant vigilance during your recovery room stay by monitoring important items, such as proper recovery equipment and safe and proper medication administration. Additionally, Dr. Calvert routinely visits his patients while they are recovering in aftercare facilities to ensure his patients' comfort is taken care of and their overall surgical results are maximized. If Dr. Calvert recommends a stay in an aftercare facility, it will probably be for 1-2 nights. While some guests choose to spend additional time, often hotel facilities are in proximity and the transfer to a less “monitored” room may be appropriate – room service and transportation would then be available to you through the hotel. You will be given information on your options at the time of your consultation. Most retreats would be pleased to schedule an appointment for you to see their facility prior to making your reservation upon request.
